Agreement. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Orban Foundation platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading or publishing content, you grant Orban Foundation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform and preserving the scholarly record.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Upload content you do not have the right to share.
  2. Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
  3. Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the platform.
  4. Misrepresent authorship, affiliations, or conflicts of interest.

Publication and Editorial Discretion

We may refuse, remove, or restrict content to protect the integrity of the platform, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, contact us with sufficient detail to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued use risks harm to the platform or other users. Deletion of your account may remove content you own.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service and do not endorse user-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orban Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Orban Foundation harmless from claims arising out of your content or misuse of the platform.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zug, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
